Phase - The Wolf:

Dates: July 7 - August 25, 2025

“The legs feed the wolf.” This next phase is built around Herb Brooks’ legendary mindset: earn your edge through relentless conditioning. Over the coming weeks, athletes will be pushed through a relentless blend of heavy back squats, running intervals, more pushing and pulling work, and the kind of well-rounded general-physical-preparedness (GPP) that build real capacity. This phase is about more than just getting sweaty - it’s about building legs that don’t quit, lungs that won’t give out, and a mindset that knows how to dig.
