OPEN HOUSE SECOND WORKOUT
This weeks Open House workout mimics 16.2
Here is our version of the classic CrossFit Open workout
Begin on a 4 minute clock complete as many reps as possible of
25 V-ups*
50 Double Unders**
20 Pushups***
If completed before 4 mins, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 V-ups
50 Double Unders
18 Burpees
If completed before 8 mins, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 V-ups
50 Double Unders
16 Burpees with a tuck jump
If completed before 12 mins, add 4 mins to the clock and proceed to:
25 V-ups
50 Double Unders
14 KB or DB or odd object Single Arm Devil press
If completed before 16 mins, add 4 mins to the clock and proceed to:
25 V-ups
50 Double Unders
12 Burpee-Devil Press (One rep is a standard CrossFit burpee plus a devil press)
STOP @ 20 mins
* Choose appropriate scale for V-ups (sit ups, modified v-up, dragon fly)
** 100 toe taps or 100 single skips
*** Elevated push ups or knee pushups
Your score is the total amount of reps completed! If you don't complete a round in the given time that is where you stop and your total reps completed at that point is your score :)
