This weeks Open House workout mimics 11.2

Here is our version of the classic CrossFit Open workout.

AMRAP 15

18 Deadlifts (KB/ DB - what every you have)

12 Push Ups

15 Box Jumps / Step Ups / Jump Over and Object

Your score is the total amount of round and reps completed! I
