Back Squat 5x5 @60%

Note: Next week we’re going to test a 1RM back squat; therefore, this week is purposely lighter, aka a ‘Deload Week’.

2. Skill Prep

5x1 HSPU Negative, kick down after each

3x1 HSPU Negative + butt to the wall, knees out

2x 2-4 Kipping HSPU

3. Conditioning

3 Rounds Row 400m

10-15 HSPU OR 3-5 Wall Walks OR 15 Push Press

15 Burpees to 6" Target

Intention: 9 - 12 mins, 12 Minute cap
