This is the skill lift for Phase 1, Don't push for a 1RM today, move well first.

All reps are Squat Snatch

*Start lift from the floor -> Snatch deadlift up, then hit starting position

Build weight throughout sets, but only work up to 80 - 90% of 1RM. Prioritize technique.
