4 Rounds:

3-5 Strict HSPU*

3-5 Kipping HSPU

0:20 Hollow Rocks

6 High Box Jump, you choose height.

300/250m Row increasing pace each round

Flow slowly from one exercise to another and rest 1:30 after each round. Goal is to move well, not fast. Height of the box should be very challenging.

*If HSPU is not on the menu today, choose a strict scale:

  • HSPU in pike position on box

  • HSPU in bear position

  • Push up - make ‘em your best!
