Performed: EMOM is structured as follows:

P1) Performs 10 TTB + max calories

P2) Rest

P3) Rest

P4) 10 TTB, synchro with P1

P5) Rest

Stimulus: Reach/Controlled Send

Target: Go Hard! Score is total AB calories

All athletes perform 2 sets of TTB per 5 min round - once as part of the TTB/AB interval, and once when the athlete is 2 mins away from their turn on the bike.
