For Load:

E3MOM x 7 Rounds

10 Deficit Handstand Push-ups (2/1") OR HSPU OR DB Push Press

50 Double Unders OR 100 Singles

X Squat Clean and Split Jerk @ X%+ of 1RM

Reps / Weights

  Rounds 1 - 3: 2 Reps @ 70-80%, building

  Rounds 4 - 7: 1 Rep @ 80%+, building to as heavy as possible

Stimulus: Sustain / Lift under fatigue

Target: Get Heavy
