Teams of 4, waterfall style*:

400m/350m Row

Run 2 Laps**

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 4 - 5 Rounds per athlete

*Next athlete begins rowing as soon as teh athlete ahead of them completes their row.

If an athlete passes the teammate ahead of them on the run, they jump ahead of them in line.

**Reduce distance as needed to allow round to be completed in less than 4 Mins
