Rotating through the following (hit each movement 6x):

  M1) 5 - 15 Deficit Handstand Push-up (2/1") OR HSPU OR Z-Press

  M2) 8 Cleans (135/95)*

  M3) 2 - 8 Bar Muscle-ups OR Strict Pull-ups

  M4) Max Calorie Row

  M5) Rest

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: each section not to exceed 50s but hold efforts consistent. 15/12 - 20/16 Calories per round

*Keep it relatively light - Deadlift 1RM tomorrow!
