A) AMRAP 9

  Max 15' HS Walk Shuttles

  Rest 2 Mins b/w efforts. Resting longer than 15s = take the 2 min rest

B) EMOM x 9 Rounds

  One of the following options:

  5 - 10' HS Walk Shuttles 

  1 - 5 Wall Walks

  30s Max HS Walk Attempts, 30s Rest

Stimulus: Skill / Stamina

Conditioning

12 Rounds

12 Walking Lunges

8 Push-ups

6 Hang Squat Snatch (75/55)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 7 - 15 Mins
