Working EMOM x 10 Rounds, work a handstand progression

Ideas:

1) 1 - 3 Wall Walks

2) Kicking up into HS hold + 10 - 30s hold

3) HS Shoulder Taps

4) Feet elevated on box in HS position - HS walk around box

5) Freestanding HS hold or HS walk

Conditioning

For time:

30 - 20 - 10

Shoulder-to-Overhead (135/95)

Chest-to-bar Pull-ups OR Aussie Pull-ups

Wall Balls (20/14)
