In teams of 3

- Wallballs

- 4 Rigs Farmer's Carry (Heavy)

- Rest

On 'Go', athlete 1 begins max wallballs, while athlete 2 perfoms 4 Rigs Farmer's walk, and while athlete 3 waits for their turn.

Once the farmer carry is complete, athletes rotate in the order shown (wallball to famers, farmers to rest, rest to wallball).

Stimulus: Reach

Target: To perform wallballs unbroken while other partner performs farmer's walks.
