Skill Practice

Wall Walks:

1) Establish your minimum number of steps required to meet the Rx or Scaled movement standard going into and out of the wall. This will take a few sets of practice.

2) With the help of a partner, place small piece of tape or chalk mark on the spots on the ground where your hands go walking into and out of the wall.

3) EMOM x 4 Rounds

1 - 2 Perfect Wall Walks, hand placement efficiency focus.

10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
