P2: 4 Wall Walks

P2: 20 Wallballs (20/14)

P1: 4 Wall Walks

P1: 8 Rig Shuttle Runs

P2: 8 Rig Shuttle Runs

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 4 - 6+ Rounds

Workout is performed as follows: One athlete (P1) starts on the wallball while the other athlete (P2) simultaneously performs Wall Walks. Once both athletes finish their 20/4, they switch. Once both athletes have finished their 4/20, P1 runs 8 rigs while P2 rests. Upon P1’s return, P2 runs while P1 rests. Once both athletes do their respective 8 rigs, they begin another round.
