Conditioning
For time in teams of three:*
400m Sled Push or Pull**
60 Shoulder to Overhead (115/80)
400m Sled Push or Pull
45 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
400m Sled Push or Pull
30 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)
Stimulus: Sustain
Target: <25 - 28Mins
*Teams will operate as one athlete working at a time, switching whenever, but all athletes stay together during the sled push.
**Sled should be light enough to run with and should never turn into a walk.
