Option 1)

5 Scap Pull-ups + 5 Kipping High-knees, progress to high-knees with flick, and T2B attempts

Option 2)

Death-by-T2B' - Min 1 - perform 1 T2B, Min 2 = 2 T2B, etc.

Try to go unbroken. If unable to complete all reps needed in that minute, rest the next minute and reattempt the same set the following minute

6 - 9 - 12 - 15…etc.

6 Box Jumps + 3 reps/round

6 Push-ups + 3 reps/round

6 Wallballs + 3 reps/round

Run 1 Lap (do not increase laps)
