Strength

On 20 Min clock

Find a 1RM of the following complex:

+3 Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk

  This is unbroken, touch and go. The bar may not rest on the ground at any point.

Stimulus: Heavy

Execution:

Athletes who find a 1RM quickly should drop the weight and perform additional sets below their 1RM for the remainder of the session.

Cleans may be power, squat, or a mix of both.

Jerks may be push or split.
