  1 Set of one of following options:

    - Kipping Handstand Push Ups

    - Handstand negatives

    - Wall Walks

Rest 2 Mins b/w all sets

Set 1 - 4 should be very similar in quality and volume. Go to failure on set 5.

Conditioning

For time:

  75 KB Swings* (70/53)

   *3 Rig Suitcase Carry every time you have to stop. Switch hands as needed during carry.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 6 - 9 Mins
