Conditioning

EMOM x 20 Rounds

Rotating:

M1) Shuttle runs*

M2) Max Muscle-ups OR Most difficult pulling movement

M3) Shuttle runs*

M4) 3 Bench Presses - as heavy as possible

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Consistent efforts and reps throuhgout. Limit rest time on Muscle-ups/Pulling

 *Shuttle runs in back parking lot, or rig lengths if weather does not permit.
