AMRAP 24 in a team of 3:

  Station 1: 5 Burpee Pull-ups

  Station 2: 10 Back Rack Lunge Steps (95/65)

  Station 3: Rest

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 1:30 - 2:30 per full round

Execution: One athlete start at each station. Rotate stations when both working stations are complete
