10 -15 DB/KB Good Mornings

8 - 15 Sit-ups

*Build in pausing and tempo as needed to make this a 'strength' biased piece.

Part B

E2MOM x 6 Rounds

8 Burpees

10 DB/KB/Plate Ground-to-Overhead

30 Lateral Line Hops OR Double Unders OR Singles
