On a 19 Minute clock:

5 Rounds for time:

  15 Toes to Bar OR 10 T2B (OR Knee Raises OR Sit Ups)

  15 Deadlifts (205/135)*

Rest from 15:00 to 16:00, then

From 16:00 - 19:00

AMRAP 3

  Max Distance Handstand Walk OR Max Wall Walk Reps

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 9 - 15 Mins + 100ft. Handstand walk or 10 Wall Walks

*No more than 60% of 1RM.

Note your scales/weights for retest day
