  1 Legless Rope Climb OR 1 - 3 Rope Climb OR 2 - 4 Rope Pull Ups

  3 Squat Cleans (75-85%+)

  2 Rope Climbs OR 3 - 6 Rope Pull Ups

  Rest 3 Mins b/w rounds

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 1.5 - 3 Mins/round, barbell heavy
