One athlete begins on the run, one begins on the rower and the other two are resting.
On 'Go', P1 begins Rowing while P2 runs 15 Rigs. Once the running athlete finishes their 15 Rigs, they move to the rower, one of the resting teammates moves to the rower, and the rowing athlete moves to the first of two rest stations. There should always be one athlete running and one athlete rowing, and two athletes resting.
