Drop and reset between reps

Part 2:

From the end of your final set of 2 to the 28 Min mark (10 Mins):

Build to a Heavy Single Squat Clean for the day.

12 Empty Bar Reverse Curls

1 Min Empty Barbell Overhead Hold, between press and snatch grip
