BUILT Program

Strength

For speed:

20 - 20 - 20

Overhead Squats

Stimulus: Stamina / Speed

The goal is to choose a weight for each set that allows you to move it continuously with minimal stopping, not a 20RM.

Conditioning

AMRAP 2 x 4 Rounds

8 Rig Lengths -  Plate Carry (HEAVY*) OR KB Front Rack Carry

Then: AMRAP Muscle-ups OR most challenging Pull-up variation in remaining time

Rest 2 Mins

Stimulus: Reach

Target: Have 1 min for gymnatstics + 4 - 8 Mups

*1 - 2 Plates, preferrable in a hug
