200 Double DB Squat Cleans (50s/35s)

300 Burpees

Run 4 Miles

Partition as desired, sort of…**

40 Min Cap

*Must be at least 1 athlete resting at all times, but no more than 3 athletes working at a time

** Each athlete should run 1 Mile / 50 Cleans / 75 Burpees
