  10 Shuttle Runs*

  Squat Cleans**

  10 Shuttle Runs*

*1 length of rig = 1 shuttle run - do 10 lengths, reduce lengths to allow for appropriate rest

**Squat Cleans:

  Rounds 1 - 4 = 3 Reps @ 65 - 75%

  Rounds 5 - 8 = 2 Reps @ 75 - 85%

  Rounds 9 - 12 = 1 Rep @ 85%+

Stimulus: Reach

Target: Finish each round with 30s of rest
