In Teams of 4, working in pairs

AMRAP 21

  40 Calories Row

  40 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (50/35)

  40 Single DB Step Ups (50/35 to 24/20)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 4 - 5+ Rounds per team

Execution:

Pair 1: Split Machine calories anyhow, 1 working at a time.

Pair 2: One athlete works on HC&J and the other works on Step Ups, switching between the two anytime.

Pairs switch once both pairs are complete their respetive work.
