Conditioning

AMRAP 18, with a Partner:

  3 Toes to bar

  3 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

  6 Toes to bar

  6 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

  9 Toes to bar

  9 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

  12 Toes to bar

  12 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 3 - 4+ Rounds

Execution: Performed as you-go, I-go.

You do 3 TTB and 3 Hang Snatches, then I do 3/3. Then you do 6/6, then I do 6/6. When both athletes complete 12/12, go back to 3/3 and begin climbing again.
