Conditioning

For time with a partner:

250 KB Swings (70/53)*

*Any time the KB is put down or switched to the other partner, teammates split the same number of calories on an Air Bike as the number of swings that were just performed.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 22 - 30 Mins

Execution: Partner 1 begins the workout and performs 24 unbroken KB Swings before putting it down to switch. Before Partner 2 begins KB Swings, the team must split 24 Air Bike Calories between the 2 athletes (12 calories each) in whatever order they decide. Pairs continue in this fashion until 250 swings have been completed, plus the air bike calories from the last set of swings (e.g. if a team has 8 KB swings remaining, they must perform the 8 swings and then split 8 calories to finish the workout).
