BUILT Program

Conditioning

Teams of 4, split into pairs:

AMRAP 30

  Pair 1: 800m Burden Run (20 - 50lbs DB or KB or Sandbag or wallball, switch at any time)

  Pair 2: Alternate full rounds of:

    12 Jumping Lunges

    4 Burpee Pull-ups

Once run is complete pair switch stations.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Run takes 5 - 6 mins throughout workout.
