For time, in teams of 4

Working in pairs performing 2 Mins on / 2 Mins off until you finish:

  200/150 Calorie Bike

  50 Devils Presses (50s/35s)

  50 Rope Climbs

  50 Devils Presses (50s/35s)

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 32 - 36 Mins (8-9 intervals for each pair)

Execution: Only 1 athlete works at a time. Every 2 mins, switch working pairs and pick up where the previous pair left off.
