  16 Regional DB Overhead-walking-lunges** (50s/35s)

  14 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups OR Pull-ups OR Jumping Pull-ups OR Ring Rows

Stimulus: Reach / Controlled Send

Target: -2:30 - 3:00 per round

*P1 completes 1 full round (run+lunge+pull up), then P2 completes 1 full round, etc.

**Regional Lunge: 1 DB in front rack, 1 DB locked out overhead. Switch overhead arm after 8 reps.
