In teams of 3, waterfall style:

  45 Crossover Single Unders

  3 Sandbag Burpee Get Overs (150/100/50, Get Over 24" box)*

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 10 - 12 Rounds/athlete

*Sandbag Burpee Get Over: Perform a burpee, then pick up the sandbag and push it over the box, then get yourself over the box anyhow. That's 1.
