Conditioning

AMRAP 20 in teams of 4:

  5 Sandbag-Over-the-Shoulder (150/100/50)

  2 Rope Climbs

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 12 - 20 rounds/team (6-10 rounds/athlete)

Execution: one pair works, the other pair rests.

Working pair: one athlete performs the sandbag clean, while the other climbs the rope, switching when both are complete. Once the pair has climbs and sandbagged, the other pair goes.
