Conditioning

3 Rounds

  1 Big Set* of Back Squats ~70-80% of 1RM

  Rest 1 - 2 Mins

  1 Max Rep** Set of Strict Presses @ ~60% of 1RM

  Rest 3 - 4 Mins

*Big Set = use a weight that will yield roughly, 8 - 12 reps per set. Leave 1 rep in the tank on sets 1-2, go to failure on set 3.

**Max Set = use a weight that will yield 10 - 20 reps per set. Go to failure each set.
