  2) 5' to 50' HS Walk

  3) Into wall

  4) HS Hold with weight transfers

  5) 2 - 4 Wall Walks

Conditioning

12 Rounds for time:

  8 Rigs Shuttle Run or Run 1 Lap if nice outside

  8 Hand Release Push Ups

  32 Crossover Single Unders OR 25 Double Unders OR 50 Singles

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 15 - 20 Mins
