  Rest 1 - 2 Mins

  1 Max Rep** Set of Strict Presses @ ~70%

  Rest 3 - 4 Mins

*Big set = use a weight that will yield roughly 5 - 10 reps per set. Leave 1 rep in the tank on sets 1/2, go to failure on set 3.

**Max set = use a weight that will yield 8 - 15 reps per set. Go to failure each set.
