In teams of 3:

300 Push Ups for time:

  P1: 50m Sandbag Bearhug Carry (150/100)

  P2: Max Rep Push Ups

  P3: Rest

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 15 - 23 Mins

Execution: One athlete starts at each station. Rotate stations when the sandbag carry is complete.
