Conditioning

AMRAP 16

  15 Wallballs (20/14, each)

  3 Rope Climbs* (split anyhow)

  12 Ring Dips (split anyhow)

*1 of the 3 rope climbs is performed legless

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 8 - 12+ Rounds

Execution:

  Athletes Wallball at the same time, each performing 15 reps.

  Rope climbs and Ring dips are split anyhow, one athlete working/one resting.

2 - 3 Sets:

 1 Smooth set of GHD Sit ups

  OR

  Anchored Feet Sit Ups
