  1 Split Jerk, starting at 50%

  After each jerk, perform 1 vertical leap for max height.

  Add 10# per round until you approach 80-90%, then switch to 5# per round.

  Bar taken from the rack.

  Once you pass 80% of your 1RM, you may strategically skip intervals to rest longer.
