  4 Touch and Go Deadlifts - AHAP*

  1 Max rep set of Bench Presses**

  Rest as needed between lifts and rounds

*Aim for deadlift weight to be heavier than the sets of 6 from 2 weeks ago, or 80%+ of 1RM

**Bench Press weight should yield 3-6 reps per set, and should be slightly heavier than 2 weeks ago.
