1 Rig KB Cross Body Carry

then,

12-10-8-6-4 - Bench Dips

1 Rig KB Cross Body Carry

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 12 - 15 Mins

Execution: Perform 'Buy In', directly into 12 Push ups 1 Rig KB Carry then 10 Push ups, 1 Rig KB Carry until set of 4 push ups + 1 rig carry is complete. Then directly into 12 Bench Dips + 1 carry, etc.
