BUILT Program

We’re going to have a bit of fun this week team! Before we jump into our next phase of training, we’re going to have a bridge week where we dabble in a few workouts that are adapted versions of 2024 CrossFit games workouts. We’ll be offering a few options - do the version that makes the most sense for you and try to push yourself a bit!

Conditioning

2024 Crossfit Games - Dickies Triplet

Option 1:

5 Rounds for time:

  Run Lap*

  12 Toes-to-Bar

  8 Alt. DB Snatch (70/50)

Option 2:

5 Rounds for time:

  Run Lap*

  10 Toes-to-bar

  8 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)

Option 3:

5 Rounds for time:

  Run Lap*

  8 Hanging Knee Raises

  8 Alt. DB Snatch (25/20)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 8 - 15 Mins

Cap: 18 Mins

*Run - Run 2 Laps on the 1st round ONLY, then 1 lap each round thereafter.
