  8 - 12 Bench Presses (115/75)

  13 Ring Rows

  14 Double DB Farmer's Lunges (50s/35s)

  12/9 Calorie Air Bike

  Rest 2 Mins b/w rounds

Stimulus: Reach/Sustain

Target: 1:45 - 2:45 / round

Execution: If needed, alternate full rounds with a friend until both done 5 rounds.
