On a 24 Minute clock:

AMRAP 14, climb the ladder

  Run 1 Lap

  2 Cleans (165/115)

  2 Burpee Pull Ups

  Run 1 Lap

  4 Cleans

  4 Burpee Pull Ups

  Run 1 Lap

  6 Cleans

  6 Burpee Pull Ups

  Run 1 Lap

  8 Cleans

  8 Burpee Pull Ups

  Etc… adding +2 reps of each per round

Then, from 14:00 - 24:00

Find a 1RM Squat Clean

Stimulus: Sustain / Heavy

Target: Finish round 8 to 10
