Conditioning

In Teams of 3 - Rotating Stations:

6 Rounds each:

  Run 2 Laps

  12 Power Cleans (185/125)

  Station 1: Run

Station 2: Clean

Station 3: Rest

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 24 - 29 Mins

Execution:

One Athlete will begin running, one athlete will begin their cleans, while the third athlete rests.

Round 2 begins when the run and cleans are done, with athlete 3 running, athlete 1 cleaning, and athlete 2 resting. Continue to rotate until all 3 athletes complete each station 6 times.
