50 Double Unders OR Singles

 

Suggested Warm-up

1) Sweat Check:

  • 2 - 4 Mins Airbike

  • 2 - 4 Mins Row

  • 2 - 4 Mins Double Under Practice

2) Movement Prep/Activation

2 Rounds

  • 20 Glute Bridge with Pause at Top

  • 20 Banded Good Mornings

Then,

  • Warm up Deadlift to slightly above working weight

3) Primer

1 - 2 Practice Rounds

Rest 4 - 5 Mins before getting into full workout
